First let me admit that in the past I usually take my taxes to someone. Sign and send the check has been my standard tax season procedures for years. I encountered some issues and I required a recommended tax lawyer in my area that could easily translate tax regulations and procedures to me. I was provided Ms Stewart's contact information and felt instantly comfortable with not only her high level professionalism but more importantly her customer service skills. She was honest and upfront with every detail I had questions regarding my tax issues and from a brief conversation she had formulated a direction to resolve these issues. Within a couple of months, my life became more complex and my tax needs changed. Ms. Stewart was able to adjust to my situation and redirect her efforts to focus on the new, much larger, picture. Good customer service skills and verifying information before answering is very rare today. I have great confidence that the answers I receive from Ms. Stewart are accurate and applicable to the issues at hand. She focuses on realistic solutions and provides different options to solve problems when possible. I do not give recommendations easily but I have provided her contact information to both family and friends. She is a rare professional who cares about her clients and provides easily understandable answers to a very complex system. Ms. Stewart is a gem amongst rocks. I have no reservations with recommending her to anyone I know.
