My school-age student son was a client of Mark Voigt a few years ago, and I cannot be more happier with the help Mr. Voigt provided in our case. His professionalizm and dedication to the case helped my son to protect his rights under Chapter 16 and to get into accelerated rigirous classes he rightfully deserved. With the help of Mr. Voigt my son's education was presereved and he was able to get challenged sufficiently to graduate his high school with highest honors (summa cum laude) and recognition as an Outstanding Math Student and now continues his studies at Stanford University. We loaned money to a business several years ago and then the business and the owner filed for bankruptcy. Our collateral was personal property, and we were sure the business got rid of it and we would be unsecured, and lose the full amount of our loan. We hired this lawyer and he was great. The bankruptcy trustee tried to disallow our security interest, and we proved that the debtor still had it and we were fully secured. Not only did we get paid in full but we got interest too, even the interest that accumulated during the bankruptcy case. It is the best result we ever got on one of our loans that went into default and then bankruptcy. He gets my highest recommendation.
