Lanard and Associates helped me review a series of employment documents including non-disclosure & non-compete agreements. Reading "legalise" gives me a headache and Lanard and Associates walked me through each document, provided me with fantastic recommendations on wording changes to protect myself, and provided guidance on the process of pushing back on my employer to modify the legal agreements. In the end, my employer agreed to all of the changes and I am so glad I sought legal council from Lanard and Associates!

Nancy Lanard came very highly recommended to advise me on a contract. I thought I knew better and could do it without legal help. When it backfired, I called Nancy. Even though she was aware of the referral, she immediately offered her legal advise. I called her several times during the day and each time I received a prompt reply. Nancy asked for the documents she needed, advised further and quickly sent a letter to respond to a legal threat. She also offered a " brilliant" way to structure the contract going forward.
