This firm is by far unprofessional. After I inquired about my settlement break down since I have not received my check yet, I did my own research. I spoke to Taylor Fitzpatrick. She told me how my breakdown would go. I asked about any outstanding bills that will come out my settlement and she mention it will come from the physical therapy office. Something seemed off to me so I called the Physical therapy billing office my self and they stated the bill was not for me to pay so they was confused on why she stated that. Once I called her out on the discrepancy, she tried to fix what she said and also added another bill which had nothing to do with the accident. I asked to speak to somebody over her because she made me feel uncomfortable with me keep catching her in a lie and she refused to get another person for me and hung up on me

Simon & Simon did a very good job keeping me informed , Mr. Chad Williams was always available to answer my calls, or got back to me in a very timely manner. Most of all there were no surprises and I am very appreciative of how everything worked out
