Update 7/09/2023 My case settled in March as I was told. Then I was told there was a lien from my medical company. I was told there would be an update for me mid April, as I supposedly had a new lawyer, in 6 to 8 weeks. We are now in July. No one has called me back to update me. Even after I called and left messages. I’m confused where my case stands. At this point I’m just ready to give up. I’ve lost my job due to my accident, unable to find work due to my injuries, and lost my home. My mental health took a toll and And I’m struggling to support myself and my kid. To be given the run around on top of all that is just ridiculous. From day one of contacting the law office I was helped with every twist and turn. They helped me find a physical therapists and other specialists that were needed. Communication was always clear and understandable. I am very appreciative to have had them work with me through my ordeal. My lawyer was Kane Daly and I will say he definitely went above and beyond. He made sure I was informed every step of the way and that there was an open line of communication . I am happy to have had him as my lawyer. 3/14/2023

Went to Banks in 2017 to help me appeal a couple VA denials. They pushed 2 of my claims to a Veteran Law Judge. I ended up service connected thanks to Sonny and his staff. You still need to put in a lot of work though for your own claim by going to doctors and trying to get doctor statements and medical records connecting all the dots. I am in the process of a few more claims I filed thru a VSO, and may end up using Banks Law to appeal the rulings. The VSO just isn't cutting it and keeps making mistakes.
