My husband and son were involved in an accident. A rear end collision that totaled the car and sent both of them to the hospital. Engaging with Ben to help us through the process of dealing with the insurance companies was the best move. 2 Years ago, I was in a decently terrible car accident. I was hit head on by another driver who blew a stop sign and a red light. What I thought couldn't get any worse of a situation did. For about 3 weeks I fought with the opposing driver's insurance as well as my own insurance company not only to come out to look at my car but to pay medical bills. I was advised by a friend to get a lawyer immediately. I contacted my personal lawyer; he personally does not do injurie law, so he recommended me to Mayerson Law. I called and they got me in the exact same day. I met them in the office and new at that moment I made the right choice. Emily, whom is at the front desk was always so kind and helpful when either of the Tyler's were not available. I pled my case and Tyler Christ without hesitation accepted my case and explained everything that would or could happen every step of the way. I had some medical problems and needed therapy, a specialist, and surgery all of which Tyler Christ fought for me to get along with the payoff for totaling my car and the pay out from the other driver's insurance. All of this seemed to go fairly smoothly. When it came time to deal with my personal insurance company Tyler stuck to his word and fought to defend my case. My insurance at first denied surgery that was needed and proceeded to give problems throughout my whole case. Throughout this process Tyler kept me informed and would check in often even if there was no new news. For the last 2 years Tyler Christ and Mayerson Injury Law generally speaking treated me like family, from the very begging to the very end. I 1,000 % recommended Mayerson Injury Law.

Ben and his entire team at Mayerson Injury Law were so helpful through one of the most trying times of my life. I truthfully do not have enough positive things to say about the entire team at Mayerson Injury Law. My case has been a long and winding ride and they have stuck by my side through it all.
