I was in an auto accident in which I was hit by another driver who was deemed to be 100% at fault. Their insurance company initially told me they would take care of everything. No one prepares for the phone call that their loved one was in an accident and being rushed to a trauma center. If I could add more stars I would. After being told by another attorney that I didn't have enough to make a case I was doubtful that I would be able to receive compensation.
