I reached out to this law firm for assistance with a small claims court matter based on the positive Google reviews I had read. I completed their intake form and was assigned an attorney who contacted me over the phone to discuss the details of my case. At the end of the call, he requested my legal plan number to determine my coverage. I promptly forwarded all the requested information, but unfortunately, no one from your office followed up with me. Concerned that my case was not being handled, I sent two follow-up emails within a week, but I did not receive any response. I also called their office and spoke directly to the attorney, who again asked for my coverage details, despite my having already sent them a week prior. This indicated to me that he had not reviewed my emails or checked my coverage status for seven days. I reiterated the date and time I had sent the email and even copied and pasted the coverage details from my legal plan's website. Subsequently, the attorney informed me that I needed to deposit $500 because my plan only provided partial coverage. I declined to pay any upfront fees and requested that he not proceed further with my case. In summary, I found this firm to be highly unprofessional and unsuitable for individuals covered by legal plans. It appeared that their primary interest was in securing clients who could pay your hourly rate, regardless of their coverage status.

I called them and left a voicemail, I received a call back saying if I still needed their services to call them. I called them back three different times and left messages, no call back very unprofessional.

Ms. Liberatori is an outstanding lawyer who truly cares about her clients. She provided me with free counsel on a legal issue, and her advice was not only spot-on but delivered with genuine empathy and care. Thanks to her guidance and encouragement, I was able to resolve my situation with confidence and ease. She’s a remarkable advocate and a wonderful person.
