I happen to be in town for business and received a lovely traffic citation from the local law enforcement. In a pinch on time having to leave town soon, Brain Urban came to my rescue and has put all my nerves at ease not even 24 hours after receiving the citation. He contacted the officer right away to renegotiate the charge and the possibility of the officer letting it go. I am able to continue my business travels while Brain handles everything locally.
