Was not ethical in the handling of my late mothers estate. Slow to respond. Poor communication. Charged more than quoted. Go find an attorney that will execute your wishes after death not find loopholes that will benefit one child over another.

Nobody wants to be in a situation where they need a lawyer. Sadly, I found myself in said situation, but I was blessed enough to have come across an amazing one. Michael Nuccio came across my case and after some discussion, he decided to help me pro bono. As if that was not enough, he pulled out every trick in his closet and thensome. His connections, his knowledge, his confidence. You'd think HE was the one being sued the way he fights tooth and nail for you. I appreciate it but I'm also surprised by it. You'd think it's just because nobody wants to lose. That's part of it, sure, but Michael treats this case as if you were him. He's insanely passionate and on top of everything.
