Attorney Nevins is a great lawyer and person. My son was facing up to 5 years but thanks to Mr.Nevins he served 8 months. He charged me a flat fee no matter how long the case would take to resolve. He was able to give me a payment plan I could afford. I recently learned my son ran into him in court house before a hearing for a minor issue and Mr.Nevins represented him with no fee. WE are so grateful and blessed to have found Dan. He was 100% accurate about everything that happened before and during our Petition for Parole time reduction. He informed us of the decision minutes after he won the case for our son!!! He kept us well informed by email and was amazingly prompt. On the day of the trial he extended the offer to have our son come to his office a little early so he could explain everything again and help him be less nervous. His professionalism was exceptional. His compassion and the sensitive way he handled everyone involved , especially family members, was totally unexpected but highly appreciated. We contacted Dan for a miscellaneous issue that came up before the trial and he had it handled within 2 days. Our son did just that and so when the time came when he was one year away from the end of his parole, Dan did exactly as promised and, with a well written petition and his stellar reputation as an attorney in Berks county he got One full year removed from the parole period. This was the first time in almost 12 years that our son is completely free of legal supervision. We feel free too. When you go through such emotional times with legal issues the last thing you need is to worry about what your lawyer is doing or what will happed . Because of Dan Nevins we never doubted that this case would turn out poorly because of anything he did not do or say.
