I had an outstanding warrant from a while back on a misdemeanor charge. I now live in Florida so I needed to hire an attorney that could facilitate the release of the warrant as well as see if there was a solution to this whole nightmare. I started to search and came across Ryan McAllister. I reached out via email to several attorneys at that time and honestly Ryan was the only one who responded that he was willing to help me out. I didn't act on matters immediately because I was saving up to pay Ryan as well as any court associated costs. Once I did have enough to move forward I again contacted Ryan and provided the information that he needed to proceed. Ryan took time to research and find out what was going on. It turned out the warrant was no longer in effect as of March 2019. Ryan was able to get all this information very quickly and delivered the excellent news. in all this I still had not given Ryan a dime. I then asked Ryan what is the charge for his assistance in this situation and to my absolute shock was told there would be no charge. Ryan was just happy to be able to give me the great news. If you need someone on your side who is a go getter. Ryan is your guy. I hope to never need his services again but should the unfortunate need arise, He'd be my only call . I began working with Ryan and the group (Susan) back in December when I filed for Divorce. To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect going in... there was a lot I didn’t understand and truly never expected to be in this position let alone being the one to file. I am a Safety Director for a Trucking company in Alabama. We had a driver receive a citation for leaving the seen of an accident. The driver cut a corner to sharp and the trailer hoped the curb and run over a stop sign. the driver did not know that this took place. An officer found a camera that was close by that recorded the incident showing our tractor trailer causing the damage. The officer found our unit at a receiver where we delivered a load. The officer questioned the driver about the incident, Our driver told the officer they had no idea of the incident but the officer issued a citation for leaving the seen of an accident. We received the invoice for the damages about 2 weeks offer it happened and sent a check for the damages. the driver is about 40 years old and had never received a citation before. The driver paid the citation without knowing that it would suspend the CDL license for a year. We call Ryan McAllister and gave him all the information and he was able to have the leaving the seen of the accident reduced to operation tractor trailer that was too wide for the road. CDL will be reinstated.

I hired Mr. Ryan McAllister a couple of years ago to represent me in a child custody/support case. My childs father was suing me for custody and trying to get me to pay child support to him.
