Very rude and unprofessional, Larry Valeriano turned the light switch off on me while I was sitting in his office. Overcharged and work not done, 20 minutes for a 3 minutes phone call……

Bad communication, exorbitant time lapse on final papers. Mr. Valerian was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I believe clients PAY him, how is is ok to yell and demean paying clients??? BEWARE
