Instead of explaining themselves, they dropped me when I needed them. Is that the kind of law firm you want on your side? Up until today, I would have given them 5 stars. Bobby was very helpful with me and helped in consulting. Then I hired them to help me with an appeal. Charlton Law called the other lawyer, left a message, then waited for 2 weeks for a return call, while the clocked ticked away. Finally I had to ask them to call again. Then I asked that they file the appeal. When I pointed out the lost time, they sent me a termination letter 3 days before my appeal is due.
