Lack of responsiveness and poor follow-up with clients
“I've made multiple calls to this office. Asked to set up an appointment. Called them as soon as they opened in the morning. Each time a secretary says they or Abrams will call back. Been a week and still nothing. Can't even count on them for a callback let alone as representation in court.”
