My husband and I recently retained Steve to represent us in a property damage matter. The party who caused the damage initially refused to pay for it. Steve turned the situation around within a week and their insurance company promptly paid for the damages in full. Steve was professional, effective and kept us informed the entire time. I would highly recommend him.

In 2014 Steve Schwenk Esq. represented us in Federal Court. As defendants, we prevailed in a baseless RICO suit which the previous Anonymous poster was party to as a Plaintiff. As in the subsequent suit we brought against said party, the poster in that suit also hid behind "Anonymous" in an attempt to discredit parties. Old habits are hard to break in a world of hatred. In the underlying case, Attorney Schwenk plain & simple, saved our hides by working hard, understanding and apply the law. The jury in short order returned their verdict in our favor. Unlike the "Anonymous" posters' council who appeared with a 2 1/2" three ring binder to Federal Court, put in the appearance for the clients as "an effort" knowing the cases had no legs. In closing, if you are seeking an attorney who is smart, is a master of his craft, has faith in his client no matter what appears to be "fact", then Steve Schwenk is your counsel. Removing the vail of the anonymous through law is what Steve will do for you too.

He's difficult to work with, and a bit of a jerk to deal with. If you can put up with that, when there's other lawyers who have better client side manners. As all small time lawyers, he's in the same class as that. Small time lawyer. As a client, he got the job done but was difficult, and he's difficult to deal with.
