I’ve used Tom Jones for almost 15 years in both personal and business matters. Tom is an extremely knowledgeable attorney and has always performed above my expectations. I highly recommend him for any legal issues.

14 years ago I called Tom to help me with custory of my then infant child. I was young and Tom helped me for 3 years...we won multiple times... Last Summer i reached out to Tom to help me with my same child but with Adoption! My husband who has raised my son for 13 years was going to adopt my son! I could send an email anytime during the day and Tom would respond back immediately! He also has a wonderful paralegal named Jillian who was been amazing to work with. We've been waiting 10 months for him to read our will of our mother passing along with 2 of my friends that are going through the same thing. Hes very unprofessional also a thief. I could go on and on but it's not worth it please no one knew Simon he will be going to court with me and hopefully his firm will be shut down

I consulted with and paid Attorney Jones a retainer to complete a simple task of requesting reimbursement from an estate. He never returned any of my phone calls so after four weeks I requested a refund. I just found out that opposing counsel tried contacting him on at least three different occasions trying to settle this matter in my favor.

I was charged with felony 4 food stamp fraud for failing to report income and retained Tom Jones. He was knowledgeable, honest, and worth every dollar I spent (his prices are reasonable) He told me I had to repay the money to the state for the over payment. I was able to bring a check to court the day of my preliminary hearing with the full amount to be repaid and Tom Jones had my charges DISMISSED! I was facing up to 7 years in jail and was scared. I have recommended him to several other people for different matters and he represented them and won every time. I highly recommend him!

Handled my DUI case and was extremely pleased with the outcome. I was initially charged with a few counts of various misdemeanors and attorney Jones got most of them knocked off.
