Employed the Lynett firm to update previously completed estate planning from New York. From the start the communication from Zachary and Heather was superb. The planning meeting was concise and all questions and concerns were answered and explained. All documents signed were reviewed and explained. A truly professional firm, I highly recommend.

This is a 6 star firm that goes above and beyond! From the first telephone interview, we knew that Scott would be the one to lead us through our estate planning. Every step of the way was planned and explained; our questions were answered promptly and professionally and three in person meetings were scheduled. There is even a three year future review of your estate plan to make sure that there have not been any changes in your life. Scott genuinely cares for his clients and does his best for each one. Kudos to Scott and two of his staffers, Zachary and Heather, who took very good care of us! We highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs a will and/or an estate plan.

As a financial advisor I am very careful about who I refer my clients too. After talking with several estate attorneys in their area it was clear to me that The Law Office of Scott Lynett had the best process. Excellent estate planning. I had my will written twice. The 1st attorney I used created a “boiler plate” will that wasn’t modified to my needs. I didn’t know any better and I remained unsettled for a year. So I sat in lectures and did my due diligence to find a better law firm. I selected Legacy Planning. Legacy Planning took the time to educate me. They provided pre-meeting information and forms, consultation, and explained each document at the final meeting. I thought the staff was responsive, professional pleasant and always welcoming. If you need to this kind of assistance I highly recommend you’d give them a chance.
