Absolutely the most inconsiderate person I’ve ever directly worked with. I am not sure if this is typical of lawyers, so take my scoring with a “first time involved with a lawyer” scale. Kaci will contact you on a Friday with ambiguous, threatening news and tell you she’ll get back to you on Wednesday while you spend all weekend wondering what your future holds. Also - totally unorganized, uses wrong email addresses, sends messages to wrong people, etc. My insurance used her, otherwise I would’ve changed lawyers a long time ago. Avoid at all costs
