I had to sue him in small claims court. He showed up and when presented with the evidence he ended up giving what I was owed. More importantly, **HE PUT IN A GUILTY PLEA WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE** Also has a pending case against him with the BARR association for his actions. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Don’t fall for his “rogan law of professionalism” it is all NOT what it seems. Let’s see if he can have this review removed as well.

Intake woman didnt know what lackawanna county was. Then told me they wont handle a defense case.

Pat Rogan is a great defense attorney, he did everything that he said he would do and more for my son's case and we are grateful for that. I recommend has expertise for anyone looking for the help they need. the outcome for my son was very favorable for the final decision in court.

Save your money!! Tells you what you want to hear until you pay him in full. A criminal defense lawyer is supposed to represent his client but I wasn't entirely sure that he had my sons best interest at heart. Talked the talk but did not deliver! We had to keep calling for updates on the case and frankly felt he was on the side of the prosecution all along! We had to keep providing details of the case of what happened over and over and also felt he was looking down on my son at times ( no one is perfect BUT I expect you to represent YOUR client properly) His defense is nothing special you will get the same result by using a public defender. Avoid this law firm.

Attorney Rogan is a decent lawyer in my opinion. For about $9,000 I only met with him in office 2 times from April until February. It was very hard to contact and stay in the loop of my own case. I spoke up about it and nothing changed. I reached out multiple times and wouldn’t get responses. I don’t know it was my first time going through this process but I feel like Attorney Rogan could have put more effort in.
