As a long term driver and valued employee of Fed Ex freight making over six figures a year who never once took a vacation in over 10 years and has earned yearly safety awards as a safe driver with zero accidents where I would have to drive 648 miles each day awoke one morning not able to return to work and was denied unemployment by my employer and was also denied workers compensation. I can not go into detail as this is an ongoing case but I must tell you that I was turned down by other prominent law firms and was told that this case would be to hard to win and they were not interested because the amount of man hours that would have to be put in would be grater than the end result. My case was rejected by Lenahan & Dempsey , Merwinw Hanyon & Kaspszyk and a handful of others that you see on T.V.
