I am particularly impressed with Three Rivers attention to the often overlooked FIRPTA issue. Highly recommend

My wife and I used Three Rivers settlement for our purchase of a home from a family member and made the process extremely easy and smooth. We had somewhat of a unique situation with seller financing and Adam drew up all the necessary documents and made everything very understandable for us. Great settlement company that I can strongly recommend. Three Rivers did the closing on my house. As a first time buyer working without a realtor I had lots of naive questions, and needed some hand-holding through the process. They were extremely professional, patient in explaining the process and answering all my questions promptly. Adam helped me to find the correct standard contracts and addendums, was easily reachable and the closing costs were comparable to other closing companies. Closing was very smooth and Adam was happy to take time to explain the documents at closing, which I appreciated. Great service.

The attorneys and staff were absolutely excellent! Throughout the entire settlement process, they were reliable, timely, answered all of our questions promptly, and just make us feel very comfortable with the process. The documentation was accurate and thorough. Overall, we were very satisfied with the services they provided and would definitely reach out to them again.

We worked with Adam Petrun for several months through our long process of purchasing our home from a family member.
