Dan has gone above and beyond with my custody case. He is the reason I gained sole custody of my children. Dan was sure to gather all of the facts in proving my case solid. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work and effort during my time of need. Dan was exceptional! Even when I had to file paperwork out of state he was there every step of the way! He kept making me feel bad like he was working on and going above and beyond for my case. Then would make comments about me paying him more. He got snippy with me and told me that he has done too much and I needed to pay him more. He accomplished nothing of what I asked. The simplest of task he failed. I went to him in July and did nothing until September. I heard excuse after excuse. I would not recommend him. I paid him to give my ex everything. I felt like I hired him for my ex.

Dan seems to care about his clients. It appears that he has many and works hard and has long hours. He seems professional and affordable. So far he has got me a fair deal on support and has answered all other questions to put me at ease with the ongoings of the situation.

I went through 4 different lawyers befor i found attorney Hargreaves. I was cheated out of thousands in retainers... billed for no reason... not getting calls back..... an just plain bing used by other lawyers with no results just drained wallets. The day i found dan , he took care of my devorce in two weeks ..that 4 other lawyers took 3 years to do!!!!.. He will work with you on payments , very affordable, the man really cares about your situation not your retainer!! . Did not do what he committed by his word to do. Too many excuses! He won my custody battle, but three other times we discussed other work needing to be done and it was always I'll do it tomorrow and months later it is still not completed. I will be doing it myself after paying Dan to have it done.
