“They were originally nice when I called to schedule. Delaney understood what I wanted and said she could take care of it (simply rewriting a deed). But then after I faxed over my info, her co-worker, Tara, encouraged her to not help me. So the day before my appointment, Delaney called and cancelled on me, saying there was nothing they could do for me. I couldn't even get a word in!”
