My overall experience was good. No matter how many questions I had during my program they were always so nice and helpful. The only two minor downfalls I would have to say is they should send out monthly or quarterly statements showing what's been settled, pending, or not settled etc. And also I felt it was drawn out at the end. I was technically done with the program in October of 2020 but Attorney didn't contact me until July 2021 with my ending information. Besides those it was pretty good program.

We have been very disappointed with our service from this firm. We have been paid in full on our account since March and they are still negotiating two accounts that we have. I had to call several times to ask them to please settle these accounts even if it means settling at a higher percentage of the balance. I was told okay yet I called yesterday and one of our accounts was put on a payment plan to take even more time. I was very mislead on multiple occasions. I wish they cared that we can't move forward in life with this hanging over our heads and we worked extremely hard to pay off our account early. But still in limbo....

Such a blessing during the hardest time in my life.

So far I found some hiccups with this process im not happy with i havent been in contact with the firm for about 6 to 7 months i paid 100% of what I need to get the debt im consolidating and I would think this would speed up the process so im just warning whomever may consider this an option there's a lack in communication and they take there time doing things I suppose I rather have things done quickly, and just so people know im serious they haven't contact me in months. *update* been a year and no update on my debt this seems to be a problem you give them money and they hide in there offices without trying to do what you pay them for gave them 5 stars now only 2

A sheriff was at my door. This was the second time in less than 3 months. I was ashamed and embarrassed it only took one disaster to take me from on top off everything to this. In total desperation I looked for a bancrupcy attorney not to file yet, but for my options. I had called a credit counseling firm in the past and they said they could work my payments to $275 a month 3 years! From the first call to the finality of my bancrupcy NOT ONE person attorney or not belittled me. They answered my off the wall questions without making me feel like I should know the answer or that I was wasting their time. I didn't realize the weight I carried until it was gone. Less than 9 months and I was debt free. If the light at the end of your tunnel is get smaller, give them a call. The first call helped at assess what was best FOR ME. They do go over options to try to find the best fit. If I could give them more than a 5, I would. Be honest with yourself, those collectors do not give up, I was greatful to have someone not just beside me, but in front of me. Thank you Harold Shepley & Associates, you gave me my life back!
