We hired Mr. Medvesky for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case last year. Mr. Medvesky was very thorough during the process and, thanks to his expertise and professionalism, won the case for us. However, after that, he went above and beyond and took on the challenge of trying to get a discharge for our student loan debt. We admittedly had heard how difficult it was to accomplish this and did not have high hopes. Imagine our shock when Mr. Medvesky was able to get our student loan debt written off with the bankruptcy. He did what we thought couldn't be done. If you are looking for a personable, professional, and tenacious lawyer, I cannot recommend Mr. Medvesky highly enough.

I found him initially from a simple Google search when looking into bankruptcy attorneys nearby. While he didn’t have an absorbent amount of reviews, all the ones he did have were overwhelmingly positive, so I decided to reach out. Unlike other larger firms, I was able to speak with Mark directly from the get-go, rather than a paralegal or assistant, who then forwards your information to the attorney. This cut down wait time dramatically, because I wasn’t waiting to hear back from anyone while they played whisper-down-the-lane. Mark was very friendly, kind, and professional. He took plenty of time with me during our first phone conversation where we discussed my financial situation in detail. I was very pleased with the work Mark Medvesky did for me. He was knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions in layman's terms.
