“Don't waste your time. The lawyer I had was amazing during the initial meeting, telling us all the steps we can take and had a great plan of action, but turned out to be filled with empty promises. He never updated us on anything, never acknowledged emails sent or returned phone calls.”

Prioritization of larger cases over smaller ones
