Jason Dunkle represented me multiple times while I was attending school up in State College and I have nothing but great things to say. My emails were always answered within 24 hours and Jason would go out of his way to take the time to explain everything in-depth. Going to court can be a very unpleasant experience but this law office makes you feel comfortable while also providing you with the best possible outcomes. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I got in trouble in the area and was charged with a felony. I originally hired another lawyer before I came across Jason Dunkle. A couple months go by with my case after I was originally arrested, and I didn’t have a good feeling. My current lawyer before I hired Jason told me that he basically tried but I should expect to go to jail for Atleast 6 months. The lawyer I had didn’t seem to show any compassion about my current situation and I decided to look else where for someone to fight for me and who I am so I could be more at ease about my case. That’s when I came across Jason. Minutes after getting on the phone with Jason for the first time I felt that he would be the right person to represent me. I could tell he was passionate about what he does and likes to genuinely help people and his clients to get the best resolution possible. While on the phone with Jason and telling him all details about what happened, he quickly mentioned that there were problems with my case discovery. He gave me different case references right on spot and told me to email him a couple things and he would reach back in a few hours. Jason just a few hours later, emailed me different similarities between different cases in the state along with mine and how we would tackle it if I hired him for representation. Jason mentioned different things that my other lawyer said weren’t even possible and brushed me up on different laws that were in favor of me and my side, something that my other lawyer got completely wrong and definitely wasn’t as knowledgeable about it. Throughout the process Jason was super informative on what was going on, he always reached back quickly when I had questions, and most importantly for me he was really relatable and easy to talk too. Something my other lawyer wasn’t. Jason ended up doing exactly what he said he was going to do, and I ended up getting the right resolution that I expected/wanted and got it down to a misdemeanor with a couple months probation. I’m extremely grateful for Jason and his representation. He truly cares and fights for his clients to get what they actually deserve and make sure they are treated fairly by the courts. Jason is absolutely amazing. He is the epitome of a professional, and throughout my experience with Jason as my attorney, I have always felt like I was in good hands. He has never hesitated in responding promptly to my emails, going in depth to assist in my understanding, and making things as transparent as possible. I can't say enough about the professional and efficient service we received from JD Law. I reached out for Jason's help in resolving an issue for our college-aged daughter. She just finished nursing school in early May, but I had contacted him a few months ahead of her graduation to find out the process for expungement so that she would be able to sit for her nursing licensing exam as soon as her two-year ARD sentence was complete (Aug 2021). From what I understand, this can be a somewhat long and laborious process. We realized greater results than we expected, though. Jason was successful in having her ARD sentence ended months early AND having the expungement complete--all within weeks of her finishing her nursing program. We were not expecting resolution on this issue until fall of 2020 at the earliest. My daughter can now take her licensing exam and start her professional career. We are beyond pleased. Honestly, he did such a great job. My daughter suffered from tons of anxiety related to her sentence. He emailed us with what to expect, with updates every time he completed a step in the process, and with what the next step was going to be. He is very sensitive to anxiety-prone individuals. I definitely recommend JD Law. If you are contemplating enlisting Jason's services, don't wait any longer. He will not disappoint you.

I had Jason as an attorney and he was amazing. He was at my side twice for the same case and not one of those times did I face the judge. That is so awesome if you ask me.
