Janine was very personable, understanding, and knowledgeable when working with me on my case. She was quick to respond with important information when time sensitive responses were needed. Janine was excellent with helping me to understand the legal aspects of my case. She was always willing to meet with me and explain my options during each phase of the process. She was also willing to meet with me after office hours. She made me feel comfortable and at ease when discussing my options as well.
