We had our wills, POAs and special needs trust completed with this firm and could not be happier. I want to share my review but also to let you know I speak from experience. I have been licensed to practice law in multiple jurisdictions including the U.S. Supreme Court for 40 years and I am presently Senior Counsel at a large federal agency. I needed to find a good Pennsylvania law firm to assist my 92-year-old father in long-term estate planning, setting up an irrevocable trust, getting a financial Power-of-Attorney, medical directive and DNR, etc. I chose Steinbacher, Goodall and Yurchak. It was probably the single best choice I helped my father make. We worked with attorney Jenna L. Franks, Esquire. Her service, assistance, skills, and ability to work with an ornery old man and his son were nothing short of outstanding. She provided everything we needed. I am demanding and expect perfection and white-glove service. Ms. Franks exceeded all of my very high expectations. She covered every topic I had considered and added her high-level expertise to suggest things I hadn't considered. We walked out the door several years ago with everything we needed. And I need to mention that the price for the services seemed like a bargain. It isn't cheap to get the best but paying less and missing things would have been very costly. Well, it has been several years, and my father passed away last month. All the planning and expertise from the firm and Ms. Franks paid off. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, and we had everything we needed. Knowing death was imminent I had a quick conference call with Ms. Franks and a month after death we closed with our final short conference call. I thanked her profusely for the help, care, and outstanding legal services she provided to my family. I highly recommend Ms. Franks and her firm for elder care law.

The process to complete our will was easy to complete. They provided all the necessary details and examples of what to consider. Jenna was wonderful to work with!!

My sister and I will be forever grateful for your firm and Kathleen and Susan’s assistance (and for Jenna and Stephanie as well) as we navigated through the last few years of our parents’ transition health-wise, living arrangements and care-wise, let alone only a couple years later through their completely unexpected deaths from being exposed to COVID in their Senior Living facility. We appreciate the staff not only for their knowledge, wisdom, and utmost professionalism, but for their authentic compassion provided to us. We realize they serve many clients and are very busy, but we never ever felt that way based on how personal and caring the interactions were. Megan was very helpful and answered all of our questions as they pertained to the various estate planning documents that my spouse and I needed.
