Lack of responsiveness and poor customer service

“I made an appointment with David Gaines via email. When I went to the appointment he had forgotten he scheduled an appointment with me and I seen another person at the office and gave them my information. I waited a week never heard from them. I called every week for a month, left messages and emails. No response, never called me back. Not good customer service or experience!!”
