What I can say about Phil, he is a life saver. From the very first time I meet with him I knew I was in good hands. His professionalism along with connections from working in the state college area for years have earned him a reputation of a defense attorney no prosecutor enjoys seeing on the other bench. Phil is a wonderful attorney, a friend, and overall person. During my case, he made sure that I knew what was going on with every step.
