In selecting an attorney to help with a criminal case, there were several aspects that were important to us -- experience, accessibility and established professional relationships with the local judicial system. It was clear to us in our first meeting with TIm that he had the knowledge and experience needed to represent us. He was clearly knowledgeable about the charges filed and helped us to understand the implications of the charges. I am a Biology student at Penn State. II have a lot going for me and I have a promising future ahead of me with goals to go into the field of optometry. I am attending a service trip in the spring and am dancing in THON. After becoming involved in a large misunderstanding involving charges of theft, I sought the help of William Fleming. Mr. Fleming worked diligently on my case and secured the most unbelievable outcome. A case that we had originally thought would end in either a citation or a misdemeanor, ended in the charges being dropped. Having my charges completely dropped was the biggest relief of my whole life. I no longer had to worry about jeopardizing my future. I can continue on to go to optometry school with a clean record and I have Mr. Fleming to thank for the whole thing.
