There is no better attorney to have on your side than Julian Allatt. Julian was an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC attorney to work with. He went above and beyond to help us and calm our fears. He is a straight-forward, no-nonsense yet compassionate guy who really, really knows his stuff. I have known many lawyers in my day, and not one has been so impressive as Julian Allat. You have never seen a case like mine, this I guarantee you. I was charged by an overzealous, politically motivated Attorney General 12 years ago. That's right 12 years! I knew that the facts of the case did not support a conviction, however, no one would listen. Several other attorneys failed me and I was losing faith in our judicial system. That is until Julian came to the rescue. Twelve years after being charged, and represented by these other attorneys, last month (March of 2019) Julian was able to get the Superior Court to overturn a wrongful conviction, and he is not finished yet. Not many lawyers would even attempt to go against the Attorney General on such a protracted mess of a case, but Julian did and succeeded where others failed. He is a very bright and very aggressive attorney who fights for his clients. He knows the law and likes to win. He takes the time to understand the case, negotiates when he needs to, but most importantly fights like hell when that is the only option left. Julian is comfortable in front of a jury, and just as impressive in the appellate courts. If you make the mistake of going to trial without Julian and find yourself convicted, don't give up! Call Julian and let him review your case. If there are issues for appeal, he will find them and fight to overturn that conviction. Hopefully, you never find yourself in need of an attorney. If there was a mistake on law enforcement's behalf, he will be sure that ALL of your rights are to be respected. Although law enforcement is here to protect and serve and make sure citizens follow the law, they also have laws to follow as well. No one deserves to be violated and Mr. Allatt will be sure to see that does not happen. After all, justice is to be fair, shouldn't someone represent you who believes in justice? I have a great deal of respect for Mr. Allatt's confidence, knowledge and surprisingly down to Earth personality. Overall, an awesome lawyer and human being!

Attorney Allatt, was referred by a colleague of his to my family to represent my Fiance in a drug case. What made this particular case unique is my Fiance's was fighting for his freedom in a state case as well as a federal violation which is jail time also. With my Fiances previous record he was looking at 5 years. Julian got that sentence down to 2-4. Federal case he was looking at 27-33 months. Julian worked with federal representation to get his overall sentence minimized. The overall outcome came out better. He has now been sentenced on everything and will be home in less than 21 months. Without Attorney Allatt and his aggressiveness, the fight would of not happened. I recommend Attorney Allatt to whomever needs criminal representation.

After my DUI, I was looking for a good lawyer in the Central Pennsylvania area. Julian Allatt came very highly recommended to me. I got into trouble at a local bar after a large fight broke out between some of my friends and another group. One individual in the other group ended up with some pretty serious injuries. Although I had absolutely nothing to do with starting the fight and I did not participate in it at all (in fact, I did everything I could to stop my friends and calm them down), I was still charged.
