This is my second time working with Brett on business related matters and I am so thankful to have his expertise and guidance to count on. He takes the stress out of very stressful situations like no other, is super responsive and just overall great to work with. And the cherry on top is that he got me an even better outcome than I could have hoped for! I would recommend Brett Riegel to everyone!

Brett represented my family in front of the Township in a hearing to obtain a zoning permission to expand a residential property. Brett was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the moment of our initial consultation, and came across as a "straight shooter" that gave an honest assessment of the pros & cons of our zoning request, and immediately offered valuable advice on strategy and tactics. We had two weeks to prepare, and Brett had several phone calls and Zoom meetings with us where he came ready with his advice, having reviewed and internalized all documents in advance of our discussions, and guided us to the types of questions we should expect and how to answer them. At the hearing itself, Brett showed an encyclopedic knowledge of local zoning code, and was able to offer effective answers to the Township's legal challenges, citing sections of the law from memory. Logistically, his office was seamless to deal with, and they provided printouts of all of the exhibits needed for the hearing. We came away realizing that we would never have had a successful outcome without Brett's involvement, and were appreciative of his level of service to the "average person" client (we are not a corporation that has lawyers on retainer). From a billing standpoint, Brett gave a reasonable estimate on the time commitment he needed to adequately prepare, and was true to his word. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brett to anyone seeking highly competent and attentive support.

Brett came into my situation and did a wonderful job. I was heading to state prison for second time and He worked with the prosecutors for an excellent deal that saved me at least 5 years. He was Willing to work with payment plans on a time-friendly schedule. I would highly recommend Brett to anyone that is facing serious charges.
