Contacted them right after getting a citation - was told that the attorney is in the court and he would give me a call back. Never happened. Called them again a week later - was told he would give me a call when he gets back from the court. Again... NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FROM A LAWYER!!! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!! Get them off your google search too.

Care in everything they do..

The attorney Brian Gaglione isn't trust worthy and is unreliable. He will give you the run-around through his secretary. When I initially spoke with him via telephone he agreed to take on my traffic violation case. The discussion went really well, I thought. He said I could call back later to further discuss plans for the case, but haven't been able to reach him. According to his secretary, he's either out of the office or in a meeting. She'd take my number and have him give me a call. My cellphone is always with me but I never got a call from Brian. He caused my situation to worsen, insomuch as "timing" of a nunc pro tunc (a motion asking the Court permission to file a late appeal) grew distant. The nice thing a respected lawyer would do if he or she no longer wanted to take on someone's case is to simply say so. That would have saved me the 6 days I lost being pulled along by this run-away lawyer. Honorable way to build a trust amongst the public!

Today Donald helped me win my case for a speeding ticket and a seatbelt ticket accompanied by 4 points added onto my license. It doesn't sound like much, but for me who's only 22, it's a huge deal. The points would take years to erase off my record for a mistake I won't make again. Donald was very professional and kept in touch with me the whole time and made sure I had a full understanding of what was going to happen throughout the court process. Highly recommend.
