I picked this firm for no reason other than they popped up number 1 on Google. Lucky for me, they worked out great. They assigned me to one of their attorneys, Gary Saylor, who did a fantastic job with my tenant/landlord issue. Gary was a very nice, down to earth guy and was highly knowledgeable in tenant/landlord law and strategy. He helped me fix the tenant problem, write a new rock-solid lease and resolve the issue. If I wind up needing an attorney in Stroudsburg again, I know who I am calling – highly recommend.

Gary was rocket fast to help me out. He is highly knowledgeable all things RE and he is diligent and professional. He listened carefully to my scenario and worked out a solution within minutes. Gary walked me through what needed to be done, helped me resolve the issue and finally, drafted me a bulletproof lease on one of my properties.
