“Andrew Wolf did not bother to respond to my e-mail, he did not bother to return my call, wherein he might have informed me that my e-mail had been "passed on". The party referred to was originally cc'd in my e-mail to Andrew Wolf, and he ought to know this if he read the e-mail. Andrew Wolf never responded to my e-mail, thus I was left in the dark as to his actions.”
