This summer I encountered the stress of finding out my elderly mother was $60K+ in debt, having a negative checking account and a victim of what I consider a predatory car loan that tipped the precarious balance. The trouble was compounded because I live 4 hours away as well. Needless to say I had to act quickly and get her into a safe spot financially and physically. Attorney Rubino and his staff provided the much needed assistance in the former aspect, allowing my family to concentrate on the second. The firm was accommodating and prompt in the answering the numerous questions and addendums needed during the bankruptcy filing.
