Difficulty getting through on the phone for some initial inquiries
“Looking for advice found them through the Bar Association. Not really sure what I was looking for as in help but, wouldn't ask me a question to get clarity into the situation I am in. Just asked if I was looking to hire and when I said "I don't know?" couldn't wait to get me off of the phone.”
