Brett Riegel did a great job with our case! Scott in the office was helpful as well!

My husband of almost 44yrs, partner almost 50yr had a mental crisis. He had to be admitted to a mental health facility. Ms Brandi Bellanger allowed him to hire her from a mental health facility. Then took his money to file for divorce before he was on meds. Tried to take me to court for not filling out the disclosures on time (which I did). Than tried to sue me for custody of the dogs while he could not have pets. All along running up his bill. I was forced to hire a lawyer, she never tried to take him to court, he never filled out his disclosure. She told me we never had to go to court regarding the dogs. My husband since recovered, is back home and she is still trying to charge him more money over & beyond the initial $2500. My lawyer refunded most of my money, was not "Court Happy", gave me back all my papers & wished me well. Ms Bellenger gives lawyers the bad label of "ambulance chasers" meaning. In the beginning I reached out to her to explain the situation and received a form letter she represents him, blah, blah. Can't speak to me. She is money hungry. If you use ARM, use a different lawyer.

Mr Brett Riegal agreed to meet with me for a $200 Consultation after providing the basics of my case. After the Consultation he told me he would not be able to take my case. He would not provide a reason why. If he was unable to take my case he would have known about it before the $200 Consultation. No refund was provided. Should only charge for a Consultation if you are able to take the case. I don't want to lose my Property and Mr Riegal was a disappointment. I want my $200 back.

I knew i got the right person when they understood immediately that i needed a quiet title action in Pennsylvania. Brett called me and listened to my situation and got to work. Just need a good lawyer, but every time I get this one guy who sounds like he has worst problems than me. Some good people in customer service. I took time to come up w the asking price when I call back cause I have the money. They rude guy on the phone tells me I have to pay a retainer and reschedule my hearing cause he is not available. Ok so I’m going to pay you and then do the work too really bye thanks no thanks. Plus got this number from my friend who got a dui they dint do anything for him anyways after I asked how did they help. So thanks miserable man behind the phone !!! Great job defending the community sike!!!!!! Get you a lawyer who cares.
