Everyone told me it would tasked years to receiver my lost wages and car replacement. The insurance company offered me $4000 for my 2015 Nissan Altima, the blue book was over $6000. My medical bills were paid by my personal health insurance because they weren't paying them in time and it would have ruined my credit. Within 18 months of dealing with Ms Jessalyn from RFE Law Firm. I received $10,000 for car replacement, $2000 towards my car rentals, all my medical bills were covered and paid for including chiropractor and massages that were not required by my doctor. I also received over $30k for pain and suffering and $12k for lost wages. Communication with Ms Jessalyn was easy and ongoing almost weekly. No matter what questions I had they were answered in a timely manner. Her correspondes were written as I would expect from any attorney. So I can only guess the previous reviewing person has the wrong attorney's name or she didn't get the answers she wanted.

All of my correspondence with Jessalyn was frustrating because of her rude and impatient manner. She didn't seem to understand the basics of the law, so I would not recommend her. Additionally, her written communication is absolutely horrendous! If I read her written correspondence I would guess she held a high school diploma. She misspells words, does not use commas, and does not seem to understand the use of the apostrophe to show possession. Written communication is a very important skill for an attorney to master, I fear her written communication would anger a judge.
