I have known Scott for almost 5 years in which I have worked with him 3 times. The first time was in 2010 for a dispute over an exit agreement in which Scott was able to resolve quickly in such a manor that my former employer paid his fees and all monies owed to me in a matter of days once he was engaged. I had also worked with Scott on an executive employee agreement when I sold my company in 2012. It was a very complex agreement which Scott had my best interest while I negotiated the contract. Recently I worked with Scott on a settlement agreement for my shares in this company as I had left to pursue a new start up. There were several firms involved in this process and Scott kept the process moving along to achieve a settlement that I was very pleased with. Scott advised me to tell my employer I didn't want pictures of women in bathing suits to be hung in the company cafeteria which was happening, and so I did, and got fired. Scott pretended to be wiling to help me and after i paid him at a hearing, he sat there and didn't say or do anything and then never called me back. He is a coward in my opinion.
