About Immigration lawyer Mrs. Tatyana S. Aristova Esq. I approached Mrs. Tatyana with two complicated Immigration cases, one of which involved my daughter and other of my close friend. She did an absolutely amazing job with process of both cases, treating each of them individually, with understanding of the peculiarities of each case and their detailed examination. During the whole process Mrs.Tatyana was very professional, helpful and considerate. In the case of my daughter she guided her step by step according to procedure patiently explaining every details. She was responding to all her queries throughout the process and was always hand to hand with any query which made the whole seem easy. The case of my friend was very complicated , probably not everyone would take up this case, since it took a lot of patience and very detailed disassembly. But Mrs.Tatyana solved it! She was always transparant in terms of the time scales and possible outcomes. Nothing is ever guaranteed with Immigration matters, but my daughter and my friend were given so high professional service which resulted in a successful Green Card status. Mrs.Tatyana is very smart, communicative, kind, precise, honest, attentive, knowledgeable and caring about her work and her clients. We are proud of her! Я оплатила за консультацию, а после того как узнала кое-какую информацию от друзей, решила отменить ее за целых 2 недели наперед. Но очень грубая и хамовитая девушка офис-менеджер Марина, в приказном и уничижительном тоне объясняла мне что они не вернут деньги (несмотря на то, что никто не предупреждал, что после оплаты деньги ни при каких обстоятельствах не возвращаются), даже упомнила что я не так давно в США и ничего не понимаю в Американском рынке услуг, что они крупная компания и их главный юрист устанавливает такие правила, что я плохо читаю СМС (хотя там четко написано что оплата за КОНСУЛЬТАЦИЮ), а в конце перешла на личности! В общем если вы не хотите просто выкинуть свои деньги, имейте ввиду, что эта компания с ее офис-менеджером сделают все, чтобы не вернуть вам деньги. Я их просто подарила, пусть будет пожертвованием. Очень рада что не стала работать дальше с этой компанией, так как этот кейс говорит о многом.
