But now it has been over six years and my Dad's estate is still not closed. There is simply no reason for it not to be, however, I have not received one returned call from my last 4. I think what I am asking is reasonable and this is very frustrating.

Mr. Martin was an invaluable help when dealing with an estate that turned bad over a property. He broke down our option in a way that was understandable. He was always available by telephone and quickly made appointments. I haven't finished with my RE transaction but I know all future dealings will be through Mr. Martin!!
