She took my money, let the case go on for years where nothing happened and then tried billing me thousands over several months when it started again and didn’t even speak to me during that time. Refused to take my calls and her staff billed me when I sat on hold and was told she wasn’t available. She gave the opposing side information I didn’t authorize her to release then withdrew when I had her on several ethics violations, claiming I would not pay her and there was a break down of attorney client relationship-which was on her part because she wouldn’t respond to me. Her staff read all her emails and respond, so there is no true attorney/client privilege. Stay far away from her!

Our case is still continuing...we are very happy with Atty. Carrubba...she stays in constant contact with us...and happily answers any questions that arise. I would recommend her to everyone.

Kelly talks a good game, but in the end she don't deliver as promised.. I hired her for an emergency custody hearing. It took three months to get a preliminary hearing. A preliminary not an "emergency custody". The paper work was filed wrong and handed in late. I am not happy with her service at all. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. She will take your money and do nothing to earn it.

I'm going threw custody and a divorce and attorney Carrubba was hired for my custody. I moved on with my life and started seeing somebody else and we are very serious and want to get married. My ex got a no contact on my boyfriend so he couldn't be around my children and there was no grounds for it to be placed on my boyfriend to begin with my ex is just very spiteful. Kelly Carrubba was able to get the no contact lifted off my boyfriend and she has given me my life back. It took longer then I thought it would but we live in a very small county and it takes a while to get into court. I was very impressed with attorney Carrubba she doesn't tell you what you want to hear and I listend to all her advise and everything is turning around for me.

Kelly has done an etremely awesome and timely job on my case. Got emergency custody for me within one week of hire date, handled the custody hearing very well, and has been there for any questions or concerns that I have had and I am confident she will be there for the rest.
