I would not use this lawyer if u was on last breath or needed help on nothing his the worse lawyer ever took my money never done nothing could not even put case off my 2 year old had more help then he could he shared my info with his buddy’s all over pa I will sue him if last thing I do in life trust me he’s worthless as hell he could not win case if life on the line

I was stopped by the DOT officer on I 70 driving towards Uniontown PA. The officer gave me 6 violations and put me out of service. Mechanic checked truck, and 4 of the 6 violations were unfair and should not have given at all. Also, each violation had a citation ranging from $200 to $250. I was able to get a hold of Thomas and immediately welcomed me, and after the first session, I felt strongly that he would take care of it. He went to court date on my behalf and was able to get all the tickets dismissed, all 6 of them. I also filed DataQ, and hopefully, it will be dismissed from my SMS score on the FMCSA. I can't thank him enough. Thank you very much for the work that you do.

Thomas Shaffer had no hesitation to drive 3.5 hours one way at 8 am I’m the morning to represent us for a minor issue that he was well educated on and knew we were stressed about. The issue was resolved completely.
