I retained Attorney Sheikh for my traffic violation cases. He was able to resolved them with the court with no points on my record and with reduced fines. My license was going to suspended if attorney sheikh didn’t helped me out. He saved me from getting my license suspended. Very professional. Very good appearance in courts. 05/22/2024, UPDATE to the provided response: The 70-page child support case that I handed Sheikh Irfan Afzal included allegations of criminal forgery, calls made to Child and Youth Services, and child neglect against the other party. He would have known these things if he had bothered to properly look over my case. The court transcripts will show that Afzal mentioned none of what I submitted to the court because he was not prepared. And I would not be surprised if it shows that Mr. Afzal had another case with another client on the same day, because my case felt rushed and was handled with complete incompetence. My situation has now escalated to that of Child Abuse brought against the other party. Something that might have possibly been prevented if he had been focused on my case instead of wondering which Chanel shirt he would purchase next. Mr. Afzal devastated me then (as evident of the courthouse cameras showing me sobbing in the hallways due to his lack of defense) as he continues to devastate me by having me watch from afar as my children are repeatedly harmed. Once again, thanks for nothing. ** It took me a while to write this because I was so hurt by the experience. Sheikh Irfan Afzal is the worst lawyer I've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. I knew something was wrong when, after consulting with him multiple times regarding my child custody case, the only paperwork he had in my "file" were receipts, some WITH MY NAME SPELLED WRONG. He was totally unprepared for my court case, yet he took my money knowing he hadn't read any of my paperwork. If you looked into the dictionary under "money--grubbing," I'm sure you would find a photo of him prying the fillings out of his own grandmother's teeth. Since I have not seen any of my money back, I can only hope that the $2500.00 he charged me for ONE court appearance bought him a one-way ticket to hell.
