I had a judgment against an individual who did not want to pay me. He did not work on the books and was great at hiding his assets through llcs and the like. I was not able to get in contact with this individual as he traveled state to sate across the country. Basically, a nightmare for wanting to collect on my judgment. He called this individual, his wife, associates, and was very thorough in working to collect on my judgment.
