Beware the Myers affordability con and Jimmy, the "little attorney that couldn't", Flinchum. Three years of running around in circles, starting actions then cancelling actions, do we have that document, let's ask again...all the "little attorney that couldn't" and the Myers SShow could muster was charging me close to $5,000 and establishing a separation date that really wasn't in dispute. Then after filing another action that Jimmy then later withdrew, the "little attorney that couldn't" stated that our Judge wasn't hearing motions at this time. After I told him that I went on the Family Court site and saw the Judge's calendar, and he most certainly was, the "little attorney that couldn't" and the Myers SShow quickly ran away after finding creative billing methods to drain the rest of my retainer into their pockets. So don't fall for the Myers affordability con and their little attorney's that can't, go elsewhere. I will say, Myers continues to be a great exercise program as I walk through local neighborhoods letting them know of my experience. ADDITION following Jefferey's response. Not only was this the third time I contacted your office about the billing practices, you were on the final emails. So please cut the I'm a poor victim here response. Just more Myers con.

Attorney Steinberg did some work recently on behalf of our family. His demeanor, professionalism and knowledge of the law are enviable qualities as is his responsiveness to our queries; an issue that is problematic for many law offices. I would highly recommend his services.

Besides giving me the wrong information? I went to the courthouse and found out more than they supposedly did. Very bad. Then it took 2 calls before they refunded the remainder of my retainer.
